Do you have a printed catalog?

No! Due to the dynamic nature of our ever changing inventory we do not offer a printed catalog.

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are not processed and shipped until the next business day (Monday). International orders may take an extra day to process. Subject to UPS shipping schedule.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED FROM JUNE 20-23rd 2008.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders shipped UPS Ground take between 1-6 business days to receive. View the UPS Ground map to see approximate transit time in your area.

How do you ship goods and what does it cost?
We ship via UPS only. Shipping cost is calculated before you check out. Shipping charges are actual carrier costs. We do not mark up our shipping costs or add any handling fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $50 or more!

Do you ship internationally ?
We ship internationally under the following conditions. There is a $250.00 minimum order amount. ALL DUTY & CUSTOMS CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE BUYER. Credit Cards must have ALL billing information correct. Orders will not be processed if any of the billing information is incorrect. Shipping is by UPS International Air ONLY. International orders may take an extra day to process.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do offer gift certificates, but we do not yet offer them online. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for use on the website, please call 1-877-962-3282. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for use in our Portland, Oregon stores, please call 503-288-3991 or 503-246-1934.

Do you sell wholesale?
We do not sell wholesale from this site, but we do have a new wholesale division (for qualified buyers only) that you can visit at davabeadwholesale.com.

We offer quantity discounts based on amount of purchase:
10% over $100.00
15% over $300.00

How are backorders handled?
When an item is out of stock, we do not backorder it. Every effort is made to restock items we are out of within 1-3 weeks, with the exception of closeout and specialty items.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Do you take phone orders?
Currently, we do not accept phone orders. Please avail yourself of our convenient online shopping service. If you have a problem with your shopping cart or processing your credit card, please call us @

What is your Return Policy?
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns unless you want to exchange for other merchandise or we made an error in filling your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund or exchange if it meets the following criteria:

• Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or the invoice# and date of purchase.
• Goods must be in original condition and packaging.
• Goods must be shipped in a box or heavily padded mailer. Goods damaged in return shipping will not be accepted.
